Mrs. Hazelwood and Oliver Bearbury
Mrs. Hazelwood owns the toy store, and Oliver is her best customer. I guess he was so excited about going to the store he forgot to change out of his pajamas. Actually, it is a factory error, he is supposed to be wearing shorts.
